What are the plan usage limits?
Every plan has monthly caps that reset each month. Free: 1 AI ad and 1 campaign (30-day live). Growth ($49/mo): 60 AI ads and 8 campaigns. Pro ($99/mo): 180 AI ads and 25 campaigns. Ultimate ($149/mo): 350 AI ads and 50 campaigns. Video add-ons are optional (10–200 credits/mo). Check Billing for usage.
What happens when my free live period ends?
Your Free campaign runs live for 30 days after you approve it, then pauses automatically. Upgrade to Growth on the Billing page to resume and launch more campaigns.
How is ad cost billed?
Your ad cost in Boostl reflects what you spend on live campaigns. Add a payment method in Billing before your first live launch — card or wallet at Stripe checkout. Charges are processed automatically based on synced ad performance.
What happens when I hit my limit?
You'll see a message when generating ads or submitting campaigns. Usage resets at the start of each month. Upgrade on the Billing page for higher limits — Growth from Free, Pro from Growth.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Open Billing from Settings (More tab on mobile) or the footer. Free users upgrade to Growth via Stripe checkout ($49/mo). Growth users can upgrade to Pro ($99/mo) or Ultimate ($149/mo) from the same page. Video add-ons subscribe separately. Checkout shows card and wallets enabled in your Stripe account. Your plan updates after payment.
How do I create my first ad?
Go to Create ad → name your campaign and pick a goal → describe your offer and generate a preview → review budgets on Launch → submit. In paused preview (demo) mode, campaigns launch paused with no real spend. With Meta connected, one click on Launch publishes live Facebook and Instagram ads.
Which platforms can I advertise on?
You can plan campaigns for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google. Connect Facebook and Instagram together via Meta in Settings → Ad platforms (one login covers both). TikTok, YouTube, and Google are paused preview only until live OAuth ships. When META_MOCK=false on the server, only Meta ads spend real money.
Does demo / paused preview mode spend real money?
No. Paused preview mode simulates launch and performance. No real ads are published and no payment is taken until you connect Meta and launch with live mode enabled.
Can I pause a campaign?
Yes — open any live or paused campaign and use Pause or Resume on the detail page.
How do I sign out?
Use Log out in Settings (More tab on mobile), the top bar on desktop, or the footer on larger screens.
